Interview with R&B Artist Jfons on New Single 'Can I Get A Minute'

MuzicNotez: First off, it’s an honor to be doing this interview with you again, thanks for taking the time to sit down with us.

What have you been up to since our last interview back in April?

Jfons: Performing, interviews, working on new production with my team and music producers agreeing and disagreeing on what song to drop after the success of song slow it down bringing attention not only domestically but internationally.

MuzicNotez: Your music has a diverse sound, how would you describe it?

Jfons: My music sounds can be different but unique but pleasant to listen to. Still keeping the mixture of R&B and hip hop. And smooth.

MuzicNotez: Your latest release is the single ‘Can I Get A Minute’, what inspired this song?

Jfons: Same thing nothing have changed.
Boy sees girl , Boy likes what he sees
Boy wants some time
Sometimes all he has is a minute
Before she shut him down
Are like what he saying

MuzicNotez: You teamed up with your long time friend Ves Fusion for this track, what was that like?

Jfons: Difficult at times sometimes it was hard to agree on which way to take the song but working together it’s like magic all over again. Ves Fusion is one of the best music producers.

MuzicNotez: How do you write your music?

Jfons: Writing music could be difficult at times because you’re writing off of feelings, emotions, of someone else life experience.

MuzicNotez: What’s the process like to create your songs?

Jfons: There’s no certain process. Some songs you’re writing comes real easy. Some songs take time. But I usually start with my piano. I just a think of a strange scene to me. Sometimes creativity can wake you up out your sleep.

MuzicNotez: What’s the inspiration for music that you create?

Jfons: Life, relationships and past memories of someone else going down memory lane. If you are open-minded, inspiration of music is always around.

MuzicNotez: What else are you working on? What can we expect to see and hear from you in the future?

Jfons: Holidays are near, so we’re going to focus on the Christmas music. Still pushing my new single can I get a minute.

MuzicNotez: Anything else you wish to say about yourself or your music? Any message for your fans?

Jfons: Just keep writing lyrics and producing music with the help of God. And telling my fans I really appreciate them for riding with me on my musical journey.
