MuzicNotez: What motivated you to start creating music? What age did you begin?

• TOMiGOTTi: Thank you. Actually a fun story. I started DJing with the age of 15. After a few years I was a semiprofessional and was inscribed in the Directory of professional DJs in Italy. I always had the goal to produce my own tracks. But my possibilities in this early years were very limited: no computer, no programm, no money, nothing. So: life has caught up with me, i begun to study and lost my DJ passion and forgot my dream of producing music. Then, approximately 25 years later my urge to produce music comes back. And so I said to me: now it’s the time to starting learning producing music.

MuzicNotez: Who were your musical influences, idols, or bands growing up that have helped mold you into the musician you are today? Or helped mold the music that you create?

• TOMiGOTTi: I really appreciate the music and talent of Kygo, Robin Schulz, Avicii, Felix Jaehn.. But I like really different styles of music which influence me.

MuzicNotez: What’s the ultimate goal you want your music to achieve, or for you to achieve in your career as a musician? Any particular message you wish to send?

• TOMiGOTTi: First: I want to produce really good music, which moves me and I like. Additionaly I always dreamed about to hear my song in radio stations. And maybe one time to land a hit. maybe in the Billboard Charts? 😉

MuzicNotez: What’s the latest release of yours? Tell us about it.

• TOMiGOTTi: My lastest release is called “Chapters”: I cachty LoFI-POP track about emotions, relationship and hope. Touching vocals, rolling bassline and moving piano characterize the song.
