Interview with Hip Hop Hennizi Da Don on Faith, Interests, Music & More

MuzicNotez: First off, it’s an honor to be doing this interview with you, thanks for taking the time to sit down with us.

We don’t always associate rappers with instruments outside of beats (drums) and vocals, but do you play any instruments? What’s your favorite instrument?

• Hennizi Da Don: I play the piano but my favorite instrument is the guitar. Since way back these hard hitting sounds have affected me to a greater standard. I play the piano by ear. I have the ability to create these sounds randomly. Like with my music I make these qualities of these recordings to propel myself into the number one spot. Making it just could be the best desire and topic shared. The becoming of an emcee that I am takes value. The monarch of ELITE RECORDS was raised on these matters. These are the forms I take in my music. I’m just musically inclined. I was born on March 6th. I’m adopted by my real parents. I never knew only foster parents.

Where did you name come from? What does it mean? Have you ever had an alias?

• Hennizi Da Don: The name HENNIZI DA DON comes from a cosmic subtlety DA DON comes from a meaning of being the boss or underboss. It’s synonymous with the symbol of my music icon. Also my music gets you drunk. That’s why in HENNIZI they say wine and beer has spirits and my music gets me lifted. Yes i’ve had the alias SHAME but yeah never really recorded with the name. Recording is just my survival tactic. I record from the stress. And also to alleviate the stress.

Are you a Christian? Does your faith effect the music you create?

• Hennizi Da Don: Yes, I am a Christian I do not believe it affects my faith with the music I portray. I just create great music like in the times where hip hop was hip hop. I reveal the truth in my music and provide glimpses into the mere facts of how my music origins began. I wrestle with these shadows in my music faith and hip hop. I do not intend to stop doing music. In my recording process I stray away from negative vibes.

What is the meaning of a synthetic world?

• Hennizi Da Don: It’s probably Artificial intelligence, the world we see when we dream the things we imagine. The things we incorporate in stem cell research is a prediction. One day the world will become complying to this lifestyle. The day of tomorrow. The album was addressed in that manner because I had hopes to make the surface expand. The music scene has seen its dedication and delivery plus development.

Outside of music, tell me some more of your interests and hobbies?

• Hennizi Da Don: Writing, recording music, reading books. Currently I’m studying the Holy book of Quran and the Ancient book of Melchezedek. I love women.I love talking to women looking for the right relationship. I am not gay. I like the Mercedes Benz C-Class series. I love the colors red, grey and black. I know how to write jewish gematria.

Do you have any formal higher education? If so, how has it effected your career as a musician?

• Hennizi Da Don: I’ve taken college courses and university courses. It’s held me back because I have to study only on a spare time record again. As a musician I think I can juggle both careers in music. And my college life soon I will be completely done with school to focus solely on music

You’ve survived 4 bullets, I’m sure this effected you as an artist and the music you create. Do you think we can ever find peace? How?

• Hennizi Da Don: Yes, I’m angry I’m riding. I just put to songs venting the harsh realities of street life. I am the voice of today’s generation. A lot of people can not see the beauty in an innocent world. I think world peace will happen in the future. But many lives will be lost before then. But I was like I’m shot and got to make it up out of this in jail watching the musicians shine more and more on me. That’s when I developed my style as HENNIZI DA DON more.

What else are you working on? What can we expect to see and hear from you in the future? Tell us about the new singles coming up leading to your new album.

• Hennizi Da Don: Music music and more music and also getting record deals.
