MuzicNotez: First off, it’s an honor to be doing this interview with you, thanks for taking the time to sit down with us.

Introduce yourselves, what are your names and rolls in the band?

New Nobility: My name is Sead Trnka I’m a member and founder of New Nobility

How did you meet and form up? How long have you been together?

New Nobility: After a long professional career in Europe when I came to Australia I founded a band that became international (Munich, Sydney,Sarajevo)

How did you come up with the name New Nobility?

New Nobility: Quite by chance while reading a book by Friedrich Nietzsche I came across the term New Nobility and it seemed appropriate for something rebellious.

Who were your musical influences, idols, or bands growing up that have helped mold you into the band you are today? Or helped mold the music that you create?

New Nobility: I’m lucky that I didn’t have role models at an early age. When I was growing up and playing music. So to this day I still use my early works and ideas.

What’s the greatest concert you’ve ever been to or performed?

New Nobility: In 2006, at the invitation of APRA I traveled to the Byron Bay festival where I saw a John Fogerty concert.

What’s the ultimate goal you want your music to achieve, or for you to achieve in your career as a band? Any particular message you wish to send?

New Nobility: We try to fix the world with our music. Promote social justice and unify people.

Your latest release is ‘Stop The Earth’. What inspired this track? What does it mean to you?

New Nobility: Stop the Earth or #stopthewar is an international project and collaboration between New Nobility, Lone Wolf and Zo Krga. This song ask us to slow down.

The single you released previous to that is ‘Love Is Paradise’, which seems to be getting a lot of love itself! How do you go about creating songs like this?

New Nobility: Love is Paradise is our best song. The greatest credit for this song goes to our producer Branko Pezo.

What else are you working on? What can we expect to see and hear from you in the future?

New Nobility: We are currently working on a new song Love On the Street in collaboration with Lone Wolf. The song speaks against poverty and exploitation.
