The new album from SoundProof Genie is ‘Remote Control’. You can’t pin this group in any one genre. They’re influenced by jazz, funk and hip hop. The funky hip hop vibe of the beat grabs you right away. The soulful lyrics and vocals add depth. The musicians in this group have been playing a lot of gigs throughout the East Coast, but now they’ve formed to create something truly unique.
