Steve Lieberman, otherwise known as the Gangsta Rabbi new punk album ‘Cheap Japanese Bass’ is here. His music is quite unique, to say the least. On Soundcloud it’s described as Militia punk, or even noise punk. The sounds Lieberman makes, aren’t for everybody, it’s very experimental and different. That’s what is so great about music though, artists create something that’s true to themselves, and it might not be for everybody, but there’s always a niche of fans for something new and different.
Known as the Gangsta Rabbi, Steve has been creating music for a long time now. He’s well versed on a large variety of instruments. He has been fighting Leukemia for some time, and I’m sure his music is a great therapy and a great legacy he’s building. The new album ‘Cheap Japanese Bass’ features a variety of new songs, a pretty long list of them actually. They seem to feature a similar backing beat, but there are variations beyond that throughout.
