Interview with Chris Marones on Single ‘Tempt My Fate’ & What’s Next
MuzicNotez: First off, it’s an honor to be doing this interview with you, thanks for taking the time to sit down with us.
What motivated you to start creating music? What age did you begin?
Chris Marones: My Motivation is to be heard just like all artists. Create a lane for myself.I started at 17 years old but didn’t start till I was 36 years old.
Who were your musical influences, idols, or bands growing up that have helped mold you into the musician you are today? Or helped mold the music that you create?
Chris Marones: My music influences are 3-6 Mafia, tech 9 , Xraided, Woodie, Big tone, Mac miller,No limit artist C Murder , Master P , Speedy loc, Asap Rocky, Bun B, Migos, Asap Ferg,Steve Stone.They all are a big influence moving forward all artist I grew up listening to.
What’s the ultimate goal you want your music to achieve, or for you to achieve in your career as a musician? Any particular message you wish to send?
Chris Marones: The ultimate Goal is to work with all my Favorite artists or just to be noticed and seen like hey we see you . That’s the goal to be heard and noticed.
What’s the greatest concert you’ve ever been to or performed?
Chris Marones: The Greatest Concert I have been to was Tech 9 in 2019. He was playing In Albuquerque New Mexico.
Your latest release is ‘Tempt my Fate’, what inspired this track? What’s it mean to you?
Chris Marones: I was inspired by how our world can be. People be tempting fate every where So I decided to make a track about it.
You make your own beats, started in 2022. What got you into that? What’s your process like to create beats?
Chris Marones: Band lab app one day I saw a commercial on my phone. So I clicked the link and literally loved their process. I love the way I go about it. It’s exciting to me. I love it.
How would you describe your music?
Chris Marones: I would Describe My music as dark style. Trap style I really like. Underground style to bring more attention to.
The single you released previous to that is ‘Love Is Paradise’, which seems to be getting a lot of love itself! How do you go about creating songs like this?
Chris Marones: Love is Paradise is our best song. The greatest credit for this song goes to our producer Branko Pezo.
What else are you working on? What can we expect to see and hear from you in the future?
Chris Marones: I have other tracks on Distro kid that I am putting out there. I hope to continue making tracks and keep having fun making them. I Also want to get paid for all my streams from all my music. Thank you music notez for interviewing me. Thank you for the opportunity.
