So I just now am getting back to you on the comment you left me, you asked how often I do gigs.
I do them whenever I can. I've done one this summer, that was in June, and I have another one this Thursday.
This year I will be doing more gigs hopefully, if time allows. I'll post dates when I have them. If your interested in coming to a gig, directions, price, and time are all posted on my Facebook page and my Myspace(: – REPLY >
Keep at it, it's easy.......I first learned three chords from a friends dad. He played country music, which i didn't care for, but I figured that learning something was better than nothing. After that, a guy in highschool showed me a power chord. After learning power chords I just listened to the radio and tried to copy my favorite songs.........now here I am still just as confused as the day I got my guitar...but at least I sound "somewhat" better. Good luck to ya Sally. – REPLY >

You gonna learn how to play on your own? If so, I think its the way to go. You will def. develop a more unique style that way. If you have trouble making a certain chord form......screw it....make it sound good the best way you can, leave a note out of it and see what kind of sound you can create. – REPLY >
